- Try to break the website, look for any problems.
- Does the webform send? Does the webform give verification errors?
- Review on-page optimization
- Does TMH look well optimized, or is there room for improvement?
- Is there good internal linking?
- Are the anchors optimized with keywords? Especially in the navigation.
- Is there good contrast with text overall? Make sure everything is easily readable.

- Is phone # that displays on the website the same that shows in the code (just hover the phone to check this).
- Is phone visible and tap to call on mobile resolution?
- Call to action (CTA)
- Does the website have a clear compelling CTA element?
- Do the main landing pages have an inline webform close to top of page?

- Any pixelated?
- Wrong image for topic of page?
- Image too small? Too big?
- Big block of text that NEEDS an image?
- Test any website features or elements
- Does the site have a gallery? Test and make sure it functions well.
- If it’s an ecomm site, add products to cart, go through some of the shipping & checkout process to again make sure it’s functioning correctly.
- Any other specific or unique features to test on the website?
Again, try to break the site. Or in a more positive mindset, browse the site as a potential customer or a potential competitor of ours looking to sell the client on moving services. Anything broken? Anything we can do to improve?
