LEAD SEO RESPONSIBILITY | Description of these tasks. |
Domain Name: | Domain name of the website we are working on. |
ClickUp Task Link: | Link from ClickUp, ensure it is a live clickable link. This is handy to easily reference the task for everyone. |
Content Brief: | This is the overall writing brief for this content. |
Content Length: | This is the targeted length of the content in words. In addition please also add the actual length when finished (tools>word count>display word count when typing) |
Target Keywords: (& Alt Text) | Keywords this content will be targeting, including geo targets. The keywords can also be used in the Alt Attributes for images, learn more about creating Alt Attributes. |
New Page, Existing or Blog? | Is this a new page, existing page or blog? Knowing this will help the developers and writers make specific decisions. |
Page URL: | The page file name or URL for this content. In some cases the developer may need to modify this to fit the website in question. Learn more about creating URLs. |
URL Anchor Text: | The Anchor Text is the clickable part of the text. This will be used in navigation elements. |
Page Linked From: | Where will this page be linked from throughout the website. Usually main navigation, footer, in some cases it may be homepage and hub/category type pages. |
Internal Links Point To: | What internal links we want to referencing in the content, i.e. links to other related pages that are important. Learn more about internal linking. |
