- Find restore date
- Run restore
Troubleshooting:
- If you receive a critical error after restore. Check private tab or clear cache. We have had this happen a few times after RunCloud restore, where the cache causes a critical error.
- The checkbox option: Clear any existing web application files & database before restoring
- Be aware that if you’ve chosen the “Clear any existing web application files & database before restoring” option, it will remove all current files and folders associated with the web application before initiating the restoration process using the backup. Any files created or modified after the backup date used for restoration will not be included in the restoration process and will be lost. This means that any changes or additions made to the files after the backup will not be recovered.
