Cache Issues

RunCloudHub Disabled
We had an issue with some code effecting Safari, fixed code but issue persisted. Ended up, even though the RunCloud Hub was disabled, it was affecting the cache. We had to enable RunCloud Hub plugin and clear the cache and it fixed the issue.

RunCloud support reply on this below. Apparently as we discovered above, we have to disable the RuCloud Hub from RunCloud dashboard.

Thank you for reaching out to us. Please note that when you install RunCloud Hub through the dashboard, server-level caching will be activated for your web application. Additionally, the dashboard sets up the necessary Nginx configurations to support the caching.

If you disable the RunCloud Hub plugin via the panel, you will just lose the ability to manage cache exclusion rules and purging from your WordPress admin dashboard, however, server-level caching will still function.

To completely disable server-level caching for your web application, you need to uninstall the plugin through the RunCloud dashboard (RunCloud –> Your WordPress app –> RunCloud Hub section –> Remove). This will remove the plugin from your WordPress dashboard and delete all related Nginx configurations for caching.

I hope this helps. Please let us know if you require any further assistance.
